Soft Leads Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”) builds websites, automation, and Shopify solutions for businesses. This page explains what information we collect when you visit softsleadsai.com, why we collect it, and how it is used.

We collect information in a few limited ways:

• Contact form. When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), the service you’re interested in, and your message. This is delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form relay, and is used only to respond to your enquiry.
• Voice and chat assistant. If you use the AI voice or chat assistant on this site, your spoken or typed messages are processed by Vapi (our voice/chat platform provider) to generate a response and may be transcribed and stored to improve response quality.
• WhatsApp. If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, your conversation is handled through WhatsApp under Meta’s own privacy terms, not this policy.
• Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (e.g. which pages are visited, from which country). This is privacy-friendly analytics that does not use cookies or track you individually across sites.

• To respond to enquiries and discuss potential projects.
• To provide quotes, proposals, and project updates.
• To improve this website and the services we offer.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to run this site and respond to enquiries: Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Vapi (voice/chat assistant), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and WhatsApp/Meta (messaging). Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy in addition to this one.

We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if we start working together, for the duration of the project and applicable bookkeeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights” below).
