A project only begins once we’ve agreed on scope, timeline, and payment in writing (typically by email or a signed proposal). Pricing bands shown on this site or quoted by the assistant are indicative and subject to change based on project requirements.

The design, layout, text, and code of this website are owned by Soft Leads Agency unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work delivered as part of a paid project (e.g. a website we build for you) is governed by the agreement for that specific project, not by this page.

This site uses third-party services — including Web3Forms for form delivery, Vapi for the voice/chat assistant, WhatsApp/Meta for messaging, and Vercel for hosting and analytics. Your use of those features is also subject to each provider’s own terms.

This site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Leads Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its AI assistant. This does not limit liability arising from a signed project agreement, which is governed by that agreement’s own terms.
